Niet eerder zag elektrische mobiliteit er zo fascinerend, stijlvol en elegant uit. Het is niet zomaar een elektrische scooter; het is de Vespa Elettrica, een modern kunstwerk met een technologisch hart. De Vespa Elettrica staat voor eenvoudig, natuurlijk rijplezier. Hij is volledig connected en stil, is verregaand te personaliseren en toegankelijk; waarden die het merk Vespa altijd al hebben gevormd en die vandaag maximaal tot hun recht komen.<\/p>\n

Het hart van de Vespa Elettrica \u2013 een elektromotor met een continu vermogen van 2 kW en een piekvermogen van 4 kW \u2013 is goed voor prestaties die veel verder gaan dan die van een traditionele 50cc scooter. Vooral op het gebied van acceleratie, waar de kracht van de elektromotor volledig tot zijn recht komt. De e-scooter van Vespa is wendbaar en plezierig in de stad, en doet zijn werk volledig geruisloos. De Elettrica is geheel stil, en draagt daarmee bij aan het leefbaarder maken van de binnenstad, zowel in milieu- als akoestisch opzicht.<\/p>\n

De Vespa Elettrica garandeert een rijbereik van 100 kilometer en is daarmee een passend alternatief voor de groeiende vraag naar schone mobiliteit. De moderne lithium-ion batterij vergt geen onderhoud of speciale zorg. Voor het opladen ervan volstaat het gebruik van de laadkabel in het zadelcompartiment. Die kan worden aangesloten op een reguliere wandcontactdoos of een publiek laadstation in de binnenstad. Een volledige batterijlading vergt vier uur.<\/p>\n

Naast stil en milieuvriendelijk is de Vespa Elettrica ook technologisch geavanceerd; hij is volledig connected. De vele mogelijkheden van het nieuwe Vespa Multimedia Platform, het multimediasysteem dat een smartphone koppelt aan de scooter, worden aangestuurd via een nieuwe interface waarin een digitaal kleureninstrumentarium wordt gecombineerd met een TFT-scherm.<\/p>\n

De Vespa Elettrica wordt volledig geproduceerd in het Italiaanse Pontedera en wordt in 2018 wereldwijd leverbaar.<\/p>\n
